• 7/24/26I order from here all the time. This time when I ordered I received the wrong drink. I ordered a matcha float & they sent regular matcha. Then I ordered 3 Ube soft serves & the only filled the cups halfway. Over $20 I spent on ice cream & they didn't have the decency to fill the cup like they usually do. Won't be ordering again.

• 4/4/23I ordered four (4) Hojicha iced teas. All were horribly over-steeped. Tea looked thick & cloudy & tasted bitter due to over-steeping. VERY disappointed.
