The tortilla chips were fantastic, they were not broken into crumbs or pulled from the bottom of the bag like some places do. They were fresh and crispy and went well with their salsa. Their barbacoa tacos were amazing, each one was soft and tender, and had a medley of seasonings. The quesobirra was on the next level. Each bite was packed with cheesy goodness, making you want more. We finished the evening with chicken and pork tamales. They were very good, but not the same as some of the restaurants in West Saint Paul. I felt that they were a little lacking in seasoning, but I still thought they were amazing. They were large in size and very filling

One of my favorite meals from Maya! Generous amounts of chicken and the cheese,lettuce and sour cream are perfect combo.I prefer thinner Tortilla Chips but they're still good. I've ordered this meal many times and it never disappoints!

Ordered 30 minutes befre closing and everything was perfect! Bowl portions are great, definitely enough for leftovers or 2 people to share. The queso was not my favorite but it's delicious with the bowl. I got the 2oz mango habanero salsa on the side for extra spice and it's definitely spicy and delicious! If you're looking for spice I would recommend adding extra salsa because without it the bowl isn't spicy. I also love their burritos but today I went with a bowl and I'm glad I did. I would definitely order this again and recommend

Fresh in town for a conference, I found this restaurant with good reviews and ordered a Mexican Plate , Queso (Cheese dip) , Tortilla Chips with pico. since I just checked into my hotel, I did request silverware which is a nice feature to have for people that are ordering. the food arrived in a timely fashion. The queso and tortilla chips are very tasty and portions are generous. However, that's where a positive review ends. I did get shredded beef on my Mexican plate and it was very bland flavorless as were the beans. The rice was good. The portion size was excellent but the flavor just wasn't there. being that I had no silverware, I'm happy that I did order tortilla chips because I was able to scoop the food and eat.The pico is listed as medium spicy. I would characterize it as zero spice level. you can see in the picture the paleness of the tomatoes, lending to the sour taste. because of the generous portion sizes I do have leftovers but will go to bin due to flavor.

Great value, high protein, flavorful and authentic. I'll say 7/10 for flavor, 10/10 for value. A little taste of Los Angeles in the heart of NE. The birria consume could've used a bit more flavor, but the birria tacos themselves were incredible. Burrito bowl was yummy, tasted healthy, and was well portioned. I am satisfied, will def be ordering in the future. The hot sauce is great! They have a deep menu, excited to try more. Thanks maya staff and chefs!
