The King Club is huge and delicious. Two meals in one. Love the Nachos as an appetizer.

I ordered the Cuban. It had exactly an entire bottle of mustard on it, right in the center, on the outside of the bread. My coworkers got grilled Cesar wraps. They both said it was all lettuce and a tiny bit of chicken. No dressing or cheese.

French dip was cold and chewy. Ordered a cup of broccoli cheese soup as a side to the Frenchdip, didn't receive. Baked spud was cold and had 3 tiny pieces of bacon and barely any cheese. Disappointing at best

What has happened to McAlister's Deli? I have eaten at their various locations in many states over the past 30 years. Their food was always consistent. The food and beverages in my orders, today and a few days ago, have significantly declined. I am aware of shrink-flation and inflation, but these degrees of both are unacceptable. The amount of potato salad in all my containers (5) is only half of what is has always been before. All while the price has continually increased. The bottoms of all the containers are showing! The Reuben has much less meat and other ingredients on it. Again, its price keeps increasing. Their famous tea is much weakened as is their lemonade. Again, I waited until my second order of these items to see if these are repeated failings. They are. Yes, I'm aware of past ownership changes. Until these current orders, the food in my McAlister's orders had mostly stayed consistent. Do they think their customers are stupid?

They've made the McAlister's Club so much smaller it's not worth what they're charging for it. Flavor was ok, not sure I'll order again which is a shame because it's always been one of my favorite sandwiches.
