Chicago Style French Dip 12" We had problems with McAlister's before and stopped ordering from them. After several months we tried again. Order not complete. no pickles, no desserts as ordered and paid for. Bread for sandwich was missing most of it. Bread was dry and stale. Took a lot of time to prepare. Potato salad was good. Will not order again because of poor service and food.

My McAlister's deliveries usually come from a different location, and from now on I will check which location it's coming from before I order. This was terrible. The store took way too long, 30 mins longer than expected, and dashers were changed due to the long wait time, and the second dasher still had to wait for the food. The veggie spud only had 6 small pieces of broccoli on the whole giant potato, the "cheese" sauce was cold and disgusting, part of the potato was undercooked and the sweet tea was watered down, and tasted stale. Absolutely awful.

Sweet Tea wasn't sweet at all.French dip meat was dry. And why do you get the same amount of AuJus for the 12in as you get for the normal size French dip? shouldn't it be double a you are getting double the sandwich.
Oh how McAllisters has fallen off with quality.

The Country Potato Soup was excellent. Very potato, very soup.
The potato skin on Spud Max was a touch hard. Maybe it's just the type of potato used but I found the skin too hard to eat, and I usually enjoy the skin on potatoes.
Overall satisfied though.

They were out of spuds, so I got a substitute order of a blt-a sandwich. The sandwich was overstuffed with bacon and spinach. I also did not receive the lemonade I ordered.
