I treat myself to my favorite deli at least once a week and have never been disappointed. I normally order the Rachel which is always toasted perfectly with a generous portion of turkey w sauerkraut and touch of dressing. The sandwiches are always freshly made and never soggy. Their potato salad is my absolute favorite compared to any other restaurant. Sometimes I'll get a dessert like the Brookie (brownie/Cookie combo) and I recently tried the Butter Pecan Cheesecake...oh my this was amazing. It's probably the only restaurant I order for delivery that has never once messed up with either food preparation or forgetting part of the order. I consistently would give them 5stars or A+. I order from the West Chester location in Midlothian and it's obvious the staff are trained well and care about ensuring everything is as good as possible. Must have good management/ownership. I very much appreciate it.

they gave me a TON of chips and barely ANY toppings. I didn't spend $13 for tortilla chips. usually they send a whole thing of cheese and a whole thing of chili. this time they combined them into one cup, which left me with barely any cheese. don't put the word 'ultimate' in front of something for it to be mediocre at best.

The harvest chicken salad was amazing . Great portion size. I don't eat everyone's potato salad, but was surprised at how good it was. In fact I have never had anything bad from this restaurant!

Delicious club McAlister's Club Wrap. Perfect meat to cheese ratio. I could only eat half. Thank you!

Very disappointing experience with this order. I ordered the pick 2,the 4" cuban (note the regular sandwich is 6") and pulled pork nachos. The cuban was okay but certainly not worth the price. The biggest disappointment was the pulled pork nachos. The pulled pork was mixed in with the nacho cheese sauce. Everything else was packaged separately for delivery. Why they would mix nacho cheese and pulled pork (and give you a tiny cup of BBQ sauce separately) is beyond my comprehension. I guess you coat the cheese pulled pork in BBQ sauce and say good enough.
The second item had large mac and cheese as the side. It tasted okay at first, although the macaroni noodles were basically mush, but the after taste is terrible. Tastes like spoiled milk.
I've had Mcallister's elsewhere and have never been disappointed with the food or service.
Hopefully this was just an off night. A complete waste of almost $50.
