We had a really good experience ordering from McAlister's Deli through DoorDash. The Ultimate Nachos was fresh, flavorful, and packaged really well so everything arrived hot and intact. The chilli and cheese had excellent quality ingredients and tasted consistent with what we expect every time we order. Overall, this was a great value for the money! flavorful food, great packaging, and a consistently solid experience from start to finish. The Jalapeño Turkey Crunch is one of my favorite sandwiches!

I ordered a French dip sandwich (6") which was around 15 dollars for that and a small cup of mac n cheese. There was hardly any meat on it and it was absolutely not worth the price. Mcalister's has become crazy expensive and the food quality just seems to be going downhill.

I've been getting Reubens from here for a long time. For the amount of money I'm spending on a sandwich I shouldn't get the second to the end piece of bread which was stale and smaller than the other piece of bread. There was hardly any corned beef or sauerkraut on there let alone dressing. It's crazy to be getting something like this when I'm paying $13 for a sandwich I would've been better off getting one at Arby's and it's half the price and very good portions.

Looks like bad microwaved cheese with one piece of folded beef in the middle of two giant pieces of large bread. Absolutely horrible. Wanted money. Couldn't eat it. Would NOT recommend. Get firehouse or subway.

My order instructions were not followed. I had more tomatoes & lettuce than anything despite asking for those items to be left off. There was barely enough chicken salad to cover the bread. Not worth the expensive price.
