I specifically specified no shredded lettuce, the label says no shredded lettuce but why did the employee feel empowered to add shredded lettuce.

We ordered burgers and fries. We also ordered catsup packets and barbecue sauce, but we didn't receive any. The food was well prepared but since it took almost 2 hours to get here, it was cold. (McD confirmed our order at 9:07 pm and it arrived at 10:54 pm). The tomatoes and bacon on the sandwich were wonderful.

Dasher also had to sit there and wait!
