the burgers were dry and cold. the meat was burned and crunchy, and the buns were stale. the bag wasn't sealed correctly. the soda had no ice in it was warm and the cup wasn't even half full. the French fries were not edible they were hard as a rock.

The mocha frappes were caramel. They were only filled 3/4 of cup with drink the rest was whipped cream. The pancakes were shoved sideways in a bag with the sandwiches. Also, there was no butter, no syrup, and no utensils. Really poor service and no attention paid to what was ordered.

fries we're horrible, they were unbelievably hard,dry, ad hard to swallow. even some of em were HOLLOW BUT they made the fries medium instead of small and gave me a free 4 price chicken nugget to make up for it so I guess its fine

This entire order was old food that had been sitting and reheated. My burgers buns where stale, my fries were old hard and freshly half way cooked fries mixed together. My toddler had a hard time biting into the nuggets. I am extremely upset and annoyed that I spend almost $30 for two meals that were nowhere near heat they should have been.
