• 3/2/26The Big Mac® was packed incredibly poor. Just a mess. The BIG ARCH™ was also packed poorly and incredibly messy. Paid for extra tomatos (it says 3 slices) and I got one. Also did not include a straw (clicked include straw) for my Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Just terrible service and really poor preparation and packing. Do not recommend.

• 5/18/264 Piece Crispy Chicken Strips were burnt and soggy. The breading was falling off. French fries were undercooked and limp. Very disappointed.
