The fries were nice and hot, however the McRib's bread was so hard- it broke in half like a hard cookie. Maybe this happened because it was toward closing time on Christmas Eve and it was given to much time on the warmer???

They packed my order in the strangest way with my fries laying face down and everything was so stuffed into the box that the the tape was already starting to rip. The quality is to be expected but don't expect good packaging or neat burgers if its night shift...

chicken nuggets were way overcooked, breading was "burnt" chicken was really dry, like chewing on a warm piece of cardboard. the fries were very oily and soggy.

The fries are always mid, hardly crunchy, minimal salt or flavor otherwise. I live down the street, so for this to be a consistent issue is wild. The cookies are bricks. Do better please. Change out the soda fountains

They are constantly forgetting things. Ordered a Filet-O-Fish® Meal they gave me the fries and drink but forgot the Fish sandwich. Do better.
