They usually do good but today i was disappointed... they gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet and the fries were definitely underdone and under salty. (I even requested extra salt on the fries because I know they typically undersalt them )

the double cheeseburger was supposed to be free. it was in awful shape, very flat, so careless put together and barely wrapped. missing condiments.

I mean, it's McDonald's but stale bun, Dry meat, cold fries, and no straw. I use to be a manager at a McDonald's so I understand a bit but this was during lunch hours.... stale buns, just cover them back up in the plastic. Dry meat, listen to your cab timers or don't crush the meat with your spatula. Cold fries, lower the volume of fries if they are sitting too long. Straw, eh it happens, maybe provide a stick on cover that has a straw holder so the sight of the holder triggers the thought for the drive through worker.

the sandwiches looked and tasted like they had been sitting for hours. they put wilted lettuce on the chicken sandwiches and specifically said no lettuce. there were onions on my cheeseburger and the fries were cold.
