I usually never complain as I work in food service and understand things happen. However...Extra mayo was put on both sides of the bun causing the toppings and chicken filet out of said bun, no napkins were provided for mayonnaise that is now all over me and I also was not provided a straw..... still tastes good tho!!

The French Fries were cold but that’s understandable knowing my location.the Strawberry Shake was amazing. And their hot mustard was amazing. I love McDonald’s

Food is alright, but very expensive. This particular Bend location forgets items (usually the fries) very often, and it's aggravating. Try Carl's Jr instead.

Consistently inconsistent at later hours, sometimes you get your items, sometimes not, sometimes your milkshakes come completely liquid, sometimes not. Today I got no fries, and usually I'm ordering *for* the fries.
