First they were out of fries. Once my food arrived, I was missing sauces for the nuggets that I paid for. Burger looks as if a toddler put it together and my Caramel Frappé that I paid for extra drizzle on, has MAYBE a drop of caramel on it. This is rather disappointing for future orders McDonald's.

French Fries were a little stale, and Root Beer tasted a little watered down, but was good nonetheless

The bread was hard and the fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. They were also hard.

This McDonald's location constant messes up orders. In fact that's the only thing they're consistent at. I don't know how this location has 4.1* it should be .1*! They completely left out my daughter's chicken nugget happy meal! Didn't even give me the juice! How do you leave out an entire meal that goes in its own little box! Thankfully DoorDash gave me credit back from that. But the won't get anymore of my money. I'm always polite to everyone in the food service industry. I tip well. I don't like giving bad reviews but I'm sick to death of this location. The workers are not nice or cordial. If you don't wanna work in food service and have a good attitude about it, find something else to do! You chose the job! Choose another one! The Morgantown location is far and away better than the Tracetown location.
