The hash brown's were full of oil. somebody needs to train these people the oil should be 350 to 375 F. Both sausage buscuits were burnt and the buscuits like rubber. I ordered a medium cup of coffee and they gave me a half of cup of coffee. This is a reoccurring problem.

received inedible overdone fries. ordered and 6 piece with s&s, received a 4 piece also overdone with honey mustard. cheese burger bun was very stale not fresh. very disappointed overall

Was given a Diet Coke with no ice, asked for regular coke. My French fries are ice cold and old. My cheeseburger had cheese on only half of the burger. I wish a little more effort was put into someone's food, makes me not want to order again.

They NEVER put straws in the bag unless you request one, and even then. . . Sandwichs get made with stale bagels, and they don't care. Would not recommend Johnstown McDonald's to anyone!
