The burger was raw and they left food out of the order. The manager Trudy was very rude when asked about it. She said it wasn't her problem

coffee was bitter and the biscuits two of them were hard. Did not receive our creamers for the coffee

My frappe tasted like it was made with spoiled milk or cream! If this is how this is going to taste im not ordering again. I bought a Large with my combo meal. I was excited because I like the Hershey frappe but need to check your ingredients before making because that was awful.
