• 10/16/25The snack wraps tasted strange, barely any ranch on them. Fries were half full but were still fresh. Our bag did not contain any straws for our drinks

• 8/25/24bottom half of bagel was inedible. it is as hard as a rock. eggs are burnt. bacon under cooked. They have a HUGE quality control issue.

• 7/15/22Eggs looked dirty...like they were dropped on the grease filled floor. Sausage patty was old and hard. Won't be ordering this again in the future . At least, not from this location (massena)

• 3/2/23$30 for a single meal is absolutely ridiculous. For that money I could get some groceries and make my own food. Door Dash's price on the meal I ordered is WAY too overpriced. The delivery guy though was very friendly and handled the food with care.
I will not be ordering here again.
