Chicken nuggets and Big Mac was so good! And an employee left me a note making sure I knew that my ranch packets were in the bag !

Chicken is chewy. New wraps are disgustingly soggy. This place has gone downhill quickly. Would not order again.

Wanted to tryout the deluxe special gold edition McCrispy chicken sandwich meal. Was very disappointed by the quality of the chicken sandwich. condiments were fresh crispy, but that chicken was awful. Whatever oil they fry it in needs changed for sure. The french fries were soggy. Nuggets and Big Mac were freshly cooked and was good. I will still purchase burgers, nuggets and filet-o-fish. But do feel the that special gold chicken sandwich was waste of my money. Maybe your experience will be better.

Steak Egg Cheese Biscuit was microwaved so long that the bread was rock hard and the meat and egg were like rubber. The hash browns were cooked in oil that was not hot enough as they were soaked in grease.
