Ordered a double quater pounder with cheese, received a single burger, plain, without cheese.
Regular patty and a quater pounder patty are two different sizes and prices are different. This is the second time in a row, a week apart. I need to receive what I pay for

Bun was stale for my Filet-O-Fish® . I'm pretty sure it was the same bun from when they did switch over from breakfast to lunch. French fries food and the oil hasn't been changed in some time. The Triple Cheeseburger Meal meat was old and had probably been sitting out since the changeover. The McChicken® the patty was fresh but that's it. Get it together.

The freshness of the meal is random, there are times where it comes hot and other times where I receive the meal cold. The topping are random. Sometimes the burger has all the topping, other times it's one topping. I order larger fries they give me small fries. Today the order was correct, but came to me like the food sat out for an hour before being sent out

The hamburger meat wasn't fresh like the first time i got it so that was kinda disappointing. fries were hot and fresh tho ironically
