The manager MARY is absolutely awesome. someone came in and claimed my order and when my real driver came in, instead of her just blowing it off and saying I had to call doordash she made it right and remade our order which was the Classic Big Mac® Pack . food was fresh and she even called me after the driver left to make sure we recieved our food. VERY satisfied with this McDonald's!

Ordered sausage biscuit, biscuit was sooooooo hard you couldn't bite through. Obviously the biscuit was very OLD. The mcDonalds on McCartney and Pinal is very subpar. The MCD on Florence is the better choice for quality and service

Ordered 2 20piece 20 pc. Chicken McNuggets® and only one was in the bag and bag was completely sealed at time of delivery. Very unhappy with this store. Bad customer service and poor at following order directions

2 cheeseburger meal was terrible. the buns were stale and the edges of the bottom buns were hard as rocks. (on both burgers) there was one pickle on one 1/2 a pickle on the other and zero onions. fries were cold. overall not a good experience.
