Fries were limp and oily. Like they were sitting then refried and sat again before putting in my bag. Awful. I keep saying I won't order again but it was the only thing open after work.

Fries were cold & undercooked. Special requests were not followed. This time was a disappointing!
McDonald's - please go back to the old minced onions. Putting them in the burger & not given extra when requested makes it like no onion!!

Food was hot. Iced latte was cold. Order was slightly wrong- only got 1 pices of bacon instead of two and 2 Hash Browns for some reason. Would have liked some syrup and butter or jelly for my biscuit since I was all out at home. Otherwise it all tasted fine .

Ordered a large fry, only half the fries came, most of the fries we kinda hard and didn't taste fresh.

ice cream machine was down and instead of refunding me for that they gave me something I didn't want mocha frappe next time they just need to refund the item instead of trying to substitute it for something that somebody may not want. so waste of money!
