The McDonald's off of Algonquin road in Lake In The Hills is absolutely amazing. So consistent, so tasty. And fast too. This is how you run a restaurant. Great job.

best McDonald's I've ever eaten. Great quakity, Clean, consistent. Always top notch. Buciferro really know how to manage a franchis and provide great quality time and again. Food is always fresh, always warm and always tasty. Always have and always will order from there. Their Big Mac® is never soggy or assembled poorly. Fries are always crispy and fresh.

Whoever is in charge of cooking at night has an attitude as my Big Mac and Double Quarter Cheese Deluxe were mostly lettuce, the burgers were just a mess and very difficult to eat, there was sauce all of the place and my request for extra onions was ignored.

The items in the photo were all wrong, frappe was supposed to be no drizzle, they overloaded the chocolate drizzle, pancakes and sausage was supposed to be 4 pancakes and 2 sausages but one get one . I received only 3 pancakes and 1 sausage, steak sandwich was supposed to be on a biscuit, received it in a bagel! I am very disappointed in the whole thing we pay good money for the food and service we should be getting the same back.
