The taste, portion, and freshness was awesome. I would definitely order again if the same crew worked on 3.8.26. They are the best, the BIG ARCH™ was made beyond my expectations, the ice tea was great. Someone and the whole crew took care of me very well and deserve a pay raise.

For the 4th time I ordered specialty drinks like the Mocha and it was not made correctly and was just coffee with no sugar. Rest of the food was on point with the correct portions. It was very fresh. I'd order everything else except special drinks till they can make it correctly.

They forgot my 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets®. Customer service helped quickly just kinda upset cause they were for my son's birthday meal. And the fries were over salted and made them inedible.

I received my order without my hash brown I ordered a meal and didn't get my whole meal this is the 2nd time this month this has happen u guys need to double check and make sure u guys complete peoples order I payed over 20$ for a sandwich and a frappe when I ordered a whole meal

The last few times I've ordered they ALWAYS gorgetthr sauces and the fries are just thrown in with the meal. Terrible service. This last time I even ordered extra sauces- ALL MISSING from the order.
