The fries were cold and dry. I tried microwaving them but it didn't really help. The Big Mac was excellent with extra sauce!

my breakfast was ordered almost two hours ago. Super late now the hotcakes are stale, dry and has hard parts. I don't understand but there is absolutely no syrup. also the sandwich is soggy.

my food showed up and I don't think McDonald's ever messed up this bad. there were no fries and my drink didn't have ice in it and tasted more like soda water than coca cola. tbh, my dasher should have checked in the bag to make sure everything was there.

Food was fine, fries need a well done option. Extra salt does not mean salt packets it means extra salt during preparation

The fries were actually good this time but both QP were VERY VERY DRY. The sandwiches had obviously been in the bin for a while.
