Chicken nuggets had some black substance on every single nugget
Somehow they seem burnt and undercooked at the same time

The coffee is great for only $3. Can't beat it. The oatmeal is very small, but still tasty!

The coffee and other items I've ordered in the past (hotcakes, McGriddles, etc.) are always great! But the McChickens are always thinner and harder -- almost stale? - than any other McDonald's I've tried. I keep thinking it's just a one-time thing, but it's happened multiple times now. Just something to keep in mind. Everything else is always great though!

i shared pictures last night & they said they couldn't refund me . the patty of meat was missing from my sandwich and my fries were half filled and stale . it tasted old and i'm tired of ordering and being disappointed. i no longer have the pictures because i took them on here not my camera roll .

I don't know whats going on with this McDonalds but the quality of the food and the fact that certain specifications/substitutions are being looked over is not ok. Food is either not what you order, things are missing, quality issues, you name it. The Caramel Frappé wasn't even blended all the way. Had chunks of ice and a heavy syrup taste making it undrinkable. The orange just came leaking because the top wasn't properly placed on. The pancakes looked like it was picked at. This place is slowly going down hill. I have had so many issues with this place. Think it is time to stop ordering from here although I am sure they won't care.
