The french fries were old and cold (couldn't eat them), the Big Mac had way too much sauce on it and had a hard time eating it. Had a hard time finding the meat, it was so thin and small. I won't ever order from you people again. I spent over 30.00 on terrible food. What a rip off!

The fries and chicken were horrible. The chicken was so hard you can barely bite they were definitely old and the fries were old or they haven't cleaned the fryer all day. I usually have no complaints but today was absolutely horrible. Half of the fries and chicken we threw away. On a positive. They always include all your sauces and the cheeseburgers are always fresh.

Hot 'N Spicy McChicken® Meal was a disaster. Chicken was so over fried it was like a hockey puck and the fries tasted like they were two days old. Not that I'm expecting 5 star food from McDonald's. I just knowthey can do better.

The french fries were dry and tasted weird! Had to throw them out. The Big Mac tasted great as well as the strawberry shake. It was nice that the store called to let me know that they were out of apple pies and be able to replace it with something else.
