My order was swapped with someone else's who had the same first name but a different last name, but both McDonald's and DoorDash went above and beyond in solving my issue.
DoorDash refunded my full amount, and McDonald's gave me double of what I ordered and it was nice and fresh.
Definitely a good example for problem resolution.

Pickles are very bad, they probably expired.
Triple Cheeseburger Meal was smashed and too small. Food was not fresh.

Everything was packed neatly in the bag. All of the food items were correct and snuggly packaged. The food was all warm and perfectly delicious. The coffee was hot and good, the Hi C was the perfect amount of ice and cold. All of the sandwiches were well made and delicious! Our Dasher was super quick and zipped our order right over to us and freshness was excellent l. Would definitely order from this McDonalds again! Good job all around!

The big mac, fries and Sunday we're all great. The only off thing was the pies were not apple, although they were in the apple containers. However, they were actually strawberry and creme, which I don't like at all
