my mocha frappe was very watery and tasted like it was chemically. the chocolate on top tasted bad as well as the drink itself and it smelled. i had other coworkers try it as well and agreed it was bad. i want my money back or a new mocha.

Big Arch Meal proved a Big Disappointment! McD forgot the Large Coca Cola. McD forgot the White Cheddar Cheese for the Big Arch Hamburger. The Store used two Regular Hamburger Patties that made the Sandwich smaller! For $15 Before Sales Tax made the meal $$$$
I would hesitate on buying this Combo again.

Classic Case of a McD Being Out of Control in All Facets of their Business Shift.
I am a regular Overnight Customer. I have become accustomed to having little confidence that I will receive food items as I have ordered them.
I am always hesitant when ordered.

Chicken nuggets, fries and Big Mac were all very cold and stale. Had to pay extra for sauce and received the wrong ones.
