This MCD has gone downhill. The description of Quarter Pounder says it has lettuce and tomato so either fake advertising or they forgot to put it on. Also fries are hard and no longer crispy. MCD used to have the best fries around. Most other fast food chains have adapted their fries and MCD has severely dropped in the ranking. My fries were hard and cold. I also requested extra sauce and didn't get it even though it shows on the receipt. The quarter pounder was also cold and no longer juicy. A few days ago I asked for the $5.00 meal. It doesn't show on their menu but highly advertised on TV. Again fake advertising. The server didn't know how to add it to my order, when I got it the fries were missing as well as the extra sauce I ordered. Both experience and food quality were poor. No wonder people are willing to wait in long lines to get their burgers and fries down the street. Your sales must be suffering at the San Ramon location. No longer the quality you could depend on.

Every time i ask for the HOT HONEY sauce, i keep getting hot mustard... this has been every past few orders. I dont think they're carefully reviewing the order that's coming through. I think they see the word Hot.. and immediately stop and just add hot mustard :/

Once again missing the chicken sandwich and the fish sandwich was not fresh. The only thing consistent about this location is it is constantly bad.
My fault for giving it another go.

Ordered lettuce on cheeseburger, it was less than a tsp. Did not receive the condiments requested. French fries look like an afterthought and bag not full. Prices continue rising but quality is not good

Missing 6 piece nugget in happy meal and the 3 extra sauce packets ordered. Door dash only refunded $6 for a $11 happy meal. Dasher waited 20 minutes for the order to be made, only to not have a complete order and everything was cold. Very disappointed with this McDonalds location!
