My hamburger was cold, dried up and the bun was hard. Both the mochas were poured over ice cubes, not blended like your regular frappes. I guess I'm old, I never imagined a day where it costs $25 for one person to get a meal at McDonald's.

My Daily Double® was thrown together and super sloppy. Mayo, ketchup, and a pickle was all over the wrapper. The McChicken didnt have any lettuce or very much Mayo. Super disappointing...

The McChicken sandwiches could have been more crispier plump juicier they were just too rubbery and dry My caramel latte could have been more hotter. it was entirely too warm. please do a do-over on the chicken sandwiches. they have a potential to be better. please change the quality of the meat and change back the buns do not like the new texture of the buns Thank you

this location keeps messing up my orders. last order they completely forgot to pack the apple pies I ordered in the order. today I ordered four apple pies I got two apple pies and two strawberry cream pies that were packed in apple pie labeled boxes. what if I or somebody else was allergic to strawberries? this restaurant needs to get its act together and start paying attention to the details.

Usually I don't have problems ordering from here, but this time I did. I ordered the Double Quarter Cheese Deluxe Meal , but did not receive the two patties. Only one! The burger wasn't fresh like it usually is. I was disappointed by that. The Triple Cheeseburger wasn't fresh either. The fries and drinks were perfect.
