Always hot and fresh! When I ask for extra caramel drizzle on my most important item, which is their amazing Caramel Frappé they always do me good and do it right! Thank you for attention to detail! Much appreciated as always!

Food was ice cold, like it was in a refrigerator. That cold. Meat was undercooked. There was one tiny sliver of lettuce. I scraped off about half a jar of mayo and there was still way too much. It was so gross. I will never order another Quarter Pounder. I can't remember the last time the fries were good. Very bad experience.

The Big Mac had a top and 2 middle parts, no bottom. it was a soggy mess and difficult to eat. The fries were not cooked thoroughly. No excuse for this. Very bad experience. At least they got the drink right.

The biscuit was undercooked and gummy. The bacon was also undercooked. The coffee was missing both the sugar-free vanilla sweetener I paid extra for and the creamer. The hashbrowns were extra greasy. Overall, pretty yucky.

French Fries were dry, nuggets were semi-dry. Ice cream machine was broken, of course, so can't review that. All in all, not worth it.
