Most Macdonald's are not to bad considering how busy they are everyday, and humans seem to complain anyway!! I want to not only compliment The Macdonald's I go to because it's my closest to where I live. Since they remodeled it and before I have always received great customer service, and great attitudes at this location on Central in Bedford. If I take the time to Review it's because I have received not only kind services, but received everything in my order, down to the plastic cutlery, and paper towels and all condiments, enough creamer, salt, pepper, butter, syrup, and jelly. Nothing was missing, everything in order, down to the Door Dasher, what a wonderful day to be at Macdonald's at Bedford on Central. I had received such an order before and didn't write a review, I had to this day!!!
To all the hard working staff to Management to the staff that cleans that exterior location. Thank you for feeding this disabled person when she's in a mood for a Bacon, Egg, Biscuit with a hot coffee, even the coffee tastes better!! and strawberry jelly. Tasted great, quality service, and just an ole grand day!! THANK YOU

The Vanilla Cappuccino is SO delicious! perfectly sweet, rich and half the price of Starbucks, and tastes better. Highly recommend.

DoubleQuarter pounder was pink and under cooked, the fries were cold and hared, and I didn't get the apple pies I ordered. thankfully I ordered nuggets too and they were cold but edible. 3rd time ive ordered and got an undercooked burger from here. please train your employees better.

This McDonald's is always on point. Ive ordered from here probably over 100 times and literally every single time my order has never been wrong. A few times there have been missing condiments but thats it and most importantly my fries are always fresh or near fresh :) The people making this consistency happen over these years need a big raise!

The Big Arch is good! Also, I asked for extra pickles and they really put them on there! The only negative is that the burger was sloppily put together and was light on the arch sauce, would have liked a bit more of that. Fries were hot, fresh and crispy!
