Food was cold and the Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meals meat was burnt and smashed down super flat, so that made the meat super dry and crunchy. We only received 1 cold french fry, the ice in our sodas was melted, we waited a pretty long time and the dasher looked like he was stuck there waiting for our order for a pretty long time. This was clearly the restaurant's fault, because I watched the tracker the entire time, so it definitely was NOT the drivers fault. McDonald's should do so much better than this. Why offer delivery services, if you're going to constantly make the idea of delivery into a joke? That was my hard earned money, and I felt ripped off. We ate the food, but will never be ordering takeout from this store again.

I ordered a Bacon Egg Cheese Biscuit Meal but they gave me a sausage biscuit instead. Plus the Hash Browns had no flavor. Usually tasty, but not this time. Never have has this issue before. Not my Dashers fault since they pick up the bag already sealed and ready.

The meal was very disappointing. Asked for no salt on the fries and they were heavily salted if anything. The Dr.Pepper was watered down to the point it tasted like sparkling water. And all the sandwiches were overly salted and soggy.

Didn't get 2 sodas and the bread on the egg mcmuffins were stale and the cheese was not melted. The Mcmuffins were just thrown together and wrapped sloppy to where when we picked it out of the sack it fell on the floor.

Steak and egg came with no sauce and extremely dry and I ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins and only got one. This isn't the first time they just don't care.
