I love McDonalds, particularly their sausage egg and cheese anything. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong sandwich. You guys handled the situation very well.

Food was literally thrown together, the meat was barely on the bun and half the condiments were at the bottom of the bag because the burgers weren't properly wrapped. This isn't the first time, this happens almost every time.

Decaf Coffee was barely warm and definitely tasted old. Went to add cream and noticed cup felt cold. I was able to complete submerge my finger into the coffee.
Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal was Devine.
