Greasy fries taken out early and messy everywhere the ice cream was thrown in the bag not in a cup holder

For a while,they had always gotten my order right. Now,it seems like they always get my order wrong. Last several orders,I would be missing a whole patty from my McDouble® , my Double Cheeseburgers, my Double Quarter Pounders, etc. An ENTIRE patty missing is egregious! It's the most expensive part of the burger and I paid for it. They also ignore my order notes and add random stuff like lettuce and tomato to one of my two McDoubles that were already missing a patty. I'm no longer going to order from here. I know the workers don't care since they get paid the same anyways, but I hope the franchise owner cares enough to tighten their ship or lose revenue.

yal keep forgetting hot Hot Fudge Sundae and the big mac Big Mac® Meal needs to be checked foul odor guys. shaving grace tea. fries needed moresalt and to be cooked more

Im honestly really disappointed with this order. I am usually satisfied with this Mcdonald's but today my Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal my patty was burnt and in my brothers 6pc Chicken McNuggets Happy Meal he was supposed to get an extra small kids fry instead of apple slices but he di get either so im honestly really disappointed

Seriously the worst meal I've ever had from McDonalds. I was pretty shocked. All the food was cold (the store is less than 2 miles from my house). The quarter pounder with cheese had the wrong ingredients on it, the fries and chicken nuggets were soggy. My iced tea had about 2 cups of sugar in it. They must of had one heck of a rush. I've ordered from this store a bunch of times before with zero issues. My guess is lack of staff.
