always hot and mycmuffin is neat and not off balance which helps tremendously! iced coffee balanced milk and sweet (I don't do flavoring)

I generally have no issues with McDonald's, however. this time there were. I ordered 2 Big Mac® s with NO SHREDDED LETTUCE and extra Mac sauce. Both Big Macs were covered in shredded lettuce and there was so much Mac sauce they were almost soggy and impossible to pick up without falling apart.

Not sharing a photo but trust me it wasn't pleasant to receive lunch at work as such. Not the drivers fault it's the store, team leader or mgr not keeping the freshness up.

fries were hot, but looked as if they were thrown into the bag by the worker at McDonald's. Two of my burgers were barely wrapped, and they seemed as if they had been sitting for a bit. Other than that, everything was ok.
