Fries were fresh & they didnt forget the salt. Nuggets were crispy & hot. apple pie was great. I will say, the hunter sauce is advertised as having a little kick & its actually quite spicy. but always the best quality & freshness from this location. Also both the small & large fry container were overflowing, they did not skimp on portion.

Every single time I go through the drive thru my fries are halfway full. It's almost like nobody knows what a "full" fry cup is. However, they are usually fresh almost every single time. With how expensive everything is nowadays people should be getting what they pay for. I'm sure the employees wouldn't enjoy being served a half full cup of fries with the piss poor wages they make.
The food itself is usually pretty good, it's the service that I usually have a problem with. Like not filling the fry cup all the way, not greeting or dismissing me politely, or at all. Some crew members in the morning have poor attitudes when asked questions or corrected on an order.
It doesn't seem they really listen to instructions either because I'll ask for no/light ice in my drink and it's almost like I get extra. And I always have to correct them because they didn't hear me or heard me incorrectly. I speak pretty loud too so it's not like that's an issue.

the food could have not been such a mess. It was like they threw the sandwich in the the box and shock it up. the fries weren't even half way full. and it was all cold, they can't blame it on the drive 2 my house either the cheese wasn't even melted on the sandwich.

Pretty damn accurate, store flows smoothly 99% of the time. Mocha frappes are always ON POINT. :.')
