Ordered extra Mac sauce, the sandwich was dry as a bone, and my bun was hard and crunchy , my Big Mac® Meal didn't come with my fries. I ordered 2 holiday pies, only got one and they were cold. Just a real disappointment this time around.

Didnt have my extra kids fry, no cookies, snack wrap ws ice cold (could be the weather, I'm not complaining). no straw either. Snack wrap was small and I shouldve just got the ranch, the hot honey has an odd after taste.
Everything else was edible,I'd order again simply because I've had good luck here before.

ive ordered multiple times from this place and 2times so far they've failed to deliver all my food properly. items ordered late atnight are usually improperly packged and or missing due to lazyness from the staff.

Usually this store just forgets your hash browns or a drink, but today was especially bad. The Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal had a muffin that could break windows. The McCafé Cinnamon Roll's were both hard as a rock. At least we got both drinks as that is normally a gamble.
