Although I do have issues with missing ITEMS, the coffee is Always fresh, and hot. The Norwood location has the best 2 Half Strips Bacon , and Premium Roast Coffee.The Sprite® is crisp and they never forget my condiments. I order every morning, the Premium Roast Coffee helps start my work.day. I can't clock in at 7am without it!!

I really love the Blackerry Passion Fruit Refreshers, all the refreshers. Just the right amount of sweet and sour, similar to Starbucks where I always get the refreshers. I have been ordering as long as they are available.

No pictures this time. The sandwich was perfect no seasoning necessary. The hash brown was crunchy on the outside side and soft inside.

Ordered two extra maple syrup packets at $0.34 apiece and did not receive them. All three Sausage McMuffin with Egg Sandwiches were loosely wrapped and falling out of their packaging. Quality is obviously not important to this particular store.

Fries were cold and "stale" and the burgers were extremely salty. We've always had a good experience with this restaurant, but not today.
