Hotcakes were hard on the edges, the Burritos were hard. Mind you i ordered breakfast at 7:45am so it's not like they were switching over to day food. They under filled my Carmel Frape I don't get whipped cream and so they give me a regular lid which is fine but I had 2 inches of space that was empty at the top of my drink. I just don't know why they didn't fill it to the top.

Ordered steak n egg bagel which is back on the menu--1/2 the size of the original & piece of steak didn't even cover 1/2 of that. Asked for extra slivered onions--got NO onions. Wld not recommend for the price

Meal was cold and tasted like it was cooked in rancid oil. This store never ceases to dissappoint me. You never get call backs from management when you call to complain or make a reccommendation. I know everyone is understaffed but the quality at this store is consistently going down hill.
