This McDonald's has gone so far down in quality it deserves a minus rating. Twice in 2 weeks they can't get a simple order right. This time it was the worst Daily Double® ever. Did not follow instructions. The 3 Half Strips Bacon came as 2 strips. My "go to" restaurant is now a definite "NO GO TO" restaurant. What a rip off!

This is the first time i have received everything i ordered.... well almost. The only i did not get what the extra breakfast sauce i was charged for. Their hashbrowns are always crispy and cooked to perfection. The Steak Egg Cheese Bagel Meal is one ofthe best non pork items on the menu. I wish they would bring back the steak burrito as those were pretty bomb too with their picante sauce and syrup. The sandwich could use more sauce, otherwise you're trying to digest a thick and dry sandwich. I love McDonalds Orange Juice and was happy to receive a straw, the four Ketchup Packets, and some napkins this time around. I gave it 4 stars for the lack of sauce especially since i was charged for it.

Ordered for me and my friend and it was a lot of food, but it was hot and fresh! The bun was soft and they gave me extra toppings and sauces. Everytime I order the food always gets to me hot and fresh.

The Hot Tea was amazing! They give you a hot water, a McCafe tea bag, I had lemon added to mine so two lemons came in the hot water. Everything was delivered at the prrgect temperature and packaged very well.

Will never order from them in the future!! Nor will I eat at the one located in my hometown of Winchester due to on going quality issues. I requested two double cheeseburgers with extra mustard and pickles. Both were labeled on the outside with special instructions I requested. Both did have only one extra pickle but neither had any mustard. They were so dry and very difficult to swallow. Literally, they went to the dogs. They did not include any of the dipping sauces for the Nuggets I had requested. None. Again, they are wasting away in the refrigerator for a quick treat for my dogs. I have to have a dipping sauces to eat them, but most importantly I paid for them and I should have gotten them as I ordered. Really guys, it's fast food. If the employees working there cannot put together a basic cheeseburger with extra mustard and pickles and cannot check an order before it goes out the door, they should not be working in a restaurant serving the public. I know this is harsh, but with money being the way it is, you should get what you paid for and I am so done with this McDonald's!! this does not include all of the employees just the ones who don't care about the products they are putting out. Those employees should either be retrained or used for only cleaning services or just let go. Managers, please keep that in mind!!
