I am 79 years old and must watch my salt intake. Most restaurants do not give an option for no salt, but McDonald's does. Thank you McDonald's that is greatly appreciated. They make your order exactly the way you want it and it is always very good. It always arrives hot and fresh. The delivery is always fast and the order is always correct. In my opinion, this makes them as good or better than those restaurants charging 2 to 3 times more for the same items. I will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.

Everything I ordered arrived cold. Not cold as in it waited 15 minutes, but cold as in it was not fresh when they put it in my bag. My French Fries tasted bland and off to the point I couldn't finish them. The cheese on my Double Cheeseburger wasn't even melted. On a cold day like today, you want the hot food you order to warm you up. Now I'm just physically sustained and cold. Unfortunately, I'll probably order again for cost effectiveness and time. It'll be a bit though. I want to give you all time to fix the stuff I complained about.
The stars you did get came from: 2 Cookies = acceptable but cold, somewhat expected. Dr Pepper® = exactly as ordered. Good work. No notes.

The hash browns where soaked in grease. Stuck to the paper in grease. The Big Breakfast® with Hotcakes. Awful. Maybe a tablespoon of eggs. The backside of sausage hard and black. I think the pancakes may be a pass. Absolutely terrible! I say this is very and over not ordering from.Mcdonalds again! Freshness is a joke!

Hamburgers were dry. They have been better in the past. French fries were still hot and good when I got them. The hot fudge sundae – you can't go wrong with a hot fudge sundae. Of course it was delicious.

Ordered fries after our meals were missing them. Paid extra money (refund doesn't cover all the fees and tip) just to be given half-full containers with undercooked fries.
