Bagel was burned and hash browns were smashed in the bottom of the bag out of the wrappers.

My kids meal was completely missing from my order, my fries were reheated and most of them are still cold mind you ordered a large and it's the size of a small.

None of my food was correct, the cheeseburger buns were not on top of burger so the papers were covered in ketchup and mustard. I paid for cheese on all my chicken sandwiches and all 3 did not have what I paid for.

The bag was neat, sealed, and everything was correct. All the food was very hot and fresh. This was a much better experience than past places with other restaurants. The boys are happy, and so am I!
