everything was perfect! great job to the crew working 1/20/22 around 1:30 pm . bagging for washer was sealed and order was processed very quickly. food was hot and very enjoyable!!!

the steak Steak Egg Cheese Bagel is always overseasoned to the point you cant eat it. the bagel is so hard it could be used as a weapon. the Egg McMuffin always has egg shell in it and the english muffin is always stale. the Crispy Chicken McGriddle was left out the Hash Browns werent fully cooked. and the kicker is this is business as normal for them. the management team dont care. franchise owner doesnt care and corporate has made it impossible to contact them to raise the complaint. 30 bucks worth the food and the only edible thing was the orange juice. avoid this McDonald's like the plague

This was a big order. All was correct except they did not include the kids 4 pc. Chicken McNugget® Happy Meal® I ordered.
Also the Hot 'N Spicy McChicken® sandwiches were both dried out and in-edible. I called the store and was told to contact door dash. I cannot see a way to report other than this review.

both of the Buns on the Big Mac was so hard that I couldn't even eat them they are burnt on both ends they made the sandwich so nasty and sloppy you can't even eat it with your hands you got to eat it with a fork and I had to take it and put it on my hamburger buns because those were nasty
