My burger was absolutely disgusting, it was sour and tasted so bad I gagged. Fries were undercooked. By far the worst McDonald's in bossier/Shreveport

Listen, to the cook down Shreveport Barksdale over here in Shrevecity.... someone pat him or her on the back cause that was thee best triple Triple Cheeseburger Meal/burger from a McDonald's I've ever had. GOOD JOB SHREVEPORT!!! You get four stars cause my nugget ALWAYS cold.

My burgers were dry and not made right and and I only got a small amount of fries and they were hard and dry. I would like a refund

I prefer a large caramel frappe and they gave me a medium and its not full and mostly whipped cream. Dissatisfied! Hashbrown is hard and undercooked.

Burger hard as a rock! Not fresh at all it was overcooked and so small. Didn't look like a Double Cheeseburger
