Food is consistently overcooked, fries always come half empty, and always forget items. Terrible location

I'd like to file a complaint regarding my recent order. The Big Mac patties were extremely thin and burnt, with only a charred taste. The fries tasted stale, as if they had been cooked long before delivery. Additionally, I requested a Coca-Cola without ice, but it arrived with ice and watered down. This was not to the expected standard.

Really horrible location. Always inconsistent. Patties have a nasty burnt flavor. Fries are always cold and stale. Burgers all look like they've been punched multiple times. Really unfortunate this is such a bad location.

The fries were crunchy, but otherwise the meal was good
