I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, but what I received was clearly not up to standard—the patty was dry, overcooked, and tasted burnt, nothing like what this item is supposed to be; for the price, this is unacceptable and very disappointing.

I ordered my meal at 10:30 am as soon as lunch was available and my Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe Meal tasted like it had been in the warmer for hours and the French Fries was cold as ice and super overdone. Not very happy with the meal

Caramel iced coffee had no ice in it along with no caramel when I paid for extra. Burgers were so blackened and burnt that they could've been used as charcoal. They had the onions I asked for but the ketchup on the burger must have dried up before it got to me, because I could only see a faint splotch of red on each burger. This McDonalds habitually serves poor quality food. On previous orders I've asked for items they didn't give me and wasn't refunded for them and the burgers are always the same quality as these.

I've always struggled with this specific McDonald's at all times of the day. Theres always something missing in my order and this problem is more common in the mornings when I order breakfast. I also believe that this McDonald's doesnt communicate with the dasher to let me know if they're out of something or can not make a certain food item. This has been multiple instances and I always have to contact DoorDash to give me a refund. This is not a good restaurant with good customer service.
