My order was correct and everything was good, just exactly how I like my order to turn out. Biscuit was much better than the ones I've had before except for the one from Bessemer, hash brown was lightly cooked just like I like it, not crispy at all, 2 full strips of bacon was right on not the broken pieces, everything was right on this time. I was happy with the order.

My order was correct except for the missing hash browns, I don't like the biscuits which is apparently new? Yesterday my order came from Bessemer for some reason and they had the same good old biscuits which is better than the new ones from Hueytown, I prefer the one from Bessemer. Today was disappointed because they failed to get the hash browns into the bag, yesterday it was the bacon, as for the bacon it's very disappointing that I still get 2 little broken pieces of bacon and it's not enough to eat and everyone is being overcharged for a little piece of bacon, you're supposed to give out full strips of bacon and it should be at least 3 as well, so you need to make changes on the bacon to better serve your customers. Hope to see better improvement soon.

i never get a straw with my drink when i doordash .
my sauce looks expired.
every time i doordash my drink is always tilted.
everytime i get a 10 piece nugget i always get 9.
th nuggets taste alright tho.
fries are pretty good just not hot enough.

The Big Breakfast i ordered was not good,the eggs were mostly dry, biscuit looks like it is a new one and is awful it's just like the same kind that Church's chicken makes, I really liked the old biscuit much better than the new ones, I don't know why they changed it. It's pitiful that you gave me 2 little broken pieces of bacon and was not enough for the price I paid for. Should be given 3 full pieces of bacon not broken pieces! The hash brown was over cooked and too crispy, was supposed to be cooked lightly. It's not necessary to separate bacon and hash browns from the plate of the order, you can put them all together in the plate. I demand that you bring the old biscuit back because it's better than the new one. Hope to see much better improvement soon.
