I normally have great service with McDonald's. Today was disappointing to say the least. Got the fries out of the bag got a large to share. There was the equivalent of a medium. I treated myself to the new Iced Pumpkin Coffee the flavor is all at the bottom and thick so it doesn't mix well. Like it was caramel consistency but taste like pumpkin. Hope next time is better.

it's the first time trying the new big Mac mcChicken. I've worked at McDonald's before as MIT and can definitely tell that my sandwich wasn't made fresh it has been sitting for a few hours my chicken patties were hard as rock and my buns were hard around the edges. The bacon was old and burnt as well.

This is the only location that when I order a frappe it's nowhere near full. When you pay almost $5 dollars for a drink, I expect it to be full. Everything else was fine with the order.
