while McDonalds is fast food the quality always seems high and I can't remember ordering something that was bad. I got the quarter pounder because I think it is better for you than a big Mac no special sauce just the ketchup and onions I like. I didn't take salt off the frenchies they are not the same without some salt but I didn't add any. got to watch my soda intake.

I ordered a double cheeseburger, and big mac combo with large fries and diet coke. The cheeseburger was still slightly warm. But the Big Mac and fries were cold like they never heated it. Not only were the fries were cold, they were dried out like they had been sitting here for awhile and I did not get an entire order of fries. The container was only half full. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The store is relatively close to me so how come my food is always cold when I receive it? Not happy with MacDonalds here in Inverness at all.

Good food usually on time never cook the fries all the way ever but good portions will be back hoping they start cooking everything all the way threw fresh
