They put items that are supposed to stay hot next to never that are supposed to stay cold. I have to reheat or eat cold every time. Also, they refuse to do the work to refund items that are not available. They say you have to take a substitute item whether you want it or not. And they don't adjust the bill.

They gave me extra salt like I asked for the fries. Tastes fresh not hard and the regular McDonald's portion size. I would order again.
